This photo is, of course, my little chaos makers eating toast, but this morning it was a little different!!
Sophie: Mum, can you make breakfast please?
Me: Yeah I'm just about to do it now.
Sophie: Cereal please.
Me: No, I'm doing choppedy eggs.
Sophie: Cereal.
Me: Choppedy eggs or go hungry.
Sophie: (without skipping a beat) Toast!!!
Choppedy eggs, in case you aren't aware, is just boiled eggs smashed up with a knife in a mug with a little butter and / or seasoning. Small pieces of bacon mixed in is lovely aswell!!! Deeeeeelish!!
